It will be based at Nestlé`s headquarters in Vevey, Switzerland, according to a company spokesman. Leanne Geale has extensive legal, compliance and corporate governance experience with leading global companies. He helps Nestlé achieve its business and sustainability goals to make a difference in a rapidly changing economic and regulatory environment. Leanne Geale joins Nestlé from Royal Dutch Shell plc, where she currently holds the position of Head of Ethics and Compliance. She joined Shell in 2003 and has held various senior legal management positions. Prior to joining Shell, Leanne Geale was Senior Counsel for Royal Bank of Canada and Counsel for Rio Algom Ltd and Alcan Aluminium Ltd.
