If the GLD clerk is known to the party notifying the cost procedure, the GLD clerk must also be copied into the email.
Judicial reviews of immigration issued before the Superior Immigration Court must be served on the Home Office: New applications that would normally only be sent or delivered in person at the Home Office at 6 New Square, Bedfont Lakes, TW14 8HA can now be emailed to UKVIJudicialReview@homeoffice.gov.uk. If other directions regarding service have been given in immigration decisions or case summaries, they must continue to be followed.
