Provide 15-20 minutes of legal advice on name and gender etiquette changes, as well as general legal advice and recommendations. Washington County Attwood receives PBA Pro Bono Award, January 19, 2018 Belinda Dunmire Attwood received the 2018 PBA Pro Bono Award on January 19 at the Washington County Bar Association`s Winter Bench Bar. Attwood was instrumental in creating the County Name Change Project, which provides free legal name change services to low-income transgender residents. IBC legal aid case types may include, but are not limited to: The St. Andrew Legal Clinic provides legal aid to low-income individuals with family law issues. The Washington County office is located at 232 NE Lincoln St, Suite H, Hillsboro. Initial consultations are available for a small fee and can be arranged online or by calling 503-648-1600. The Commons Law Center is a non-profit law firm that provides affordable legal assistance in family law and estate planning. Income requirements apply and services are offered at multiple levels. The office is located at 810 NW Marshall St, #300, in Portland. A free 15-minute consultation can be arranged online or by phone or text at 503-850-0811. The purpose of these clinics is to assist and counsel residents in the maneuvers of the Washington County justice system. Each resident receives a free 30-minute consultation with a volunteer lawyer. The Civil Legal Clinic deals with issues such as default judgment; Case; expulsion and suppression; creditor/debtor; Court of Conciliation; transfer of automobile title; Consumption; and the collection of judgments.
