Individuals can access free legal advice from an experienced lawyer at one of our community events that runs all aspects of the Hampden County Bar Association (HCLC) legal clinic. These include monitoring existing pro bono programs, developing new volunteer opportunities, increasing volunteer participation, researching and diversifying program funding, writing grants and grant reports, providing education and mentorship opportunities, engaging in outreach and partnering with local businesses, justice system stakeholders and organizations to resolve unresolved legal issues. The Hampden County Legal Clinic offers virtual consultations on landlord/tenant issues, housing court, estate and family law, as well as other legal issues.
